Logan Gaskill

Logan began his career as a Human Resources consultant for Deloitte Consulting. In this role, he assisted Fortune 500 companies with various initiatives, including talent and change management, workforce analytics, critical workforce segment assessment, and organizational design and assessment.

His operational experience includes senior leadership roles at both Caesars Entertainment and MGM Resorts International. While at Caesars Entertainment, Logan progressed through various human resource leadership roles across its domestic locations. Following Caesars Entertainment, Logan joined MGM Resorts International as the Vice President of Human Resources at MGM National Harbor, where he lead the property’s pre-opening and early operational phases. Logan also applied his human resources knowledge as the Vice President of Hotel Operations at MGM National Harbor.

Logan earned his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. in Business Administration from Morehouse College. He also received his Executive Leadership coaching Certification from Georgetown University.
